Laboremus’ TCG15 eco – Coconut and Tree Branch Shredder is a robust and versatile machine, without similar in the market and developed to shred green coconut, designed to grind green and dry coconut, leaves, and all other waste from coconut trees. Its sieves break dried coconut into short fibers and substrate.
TCG15 eco also shreds green branches up to 80 mm in diameter, banana tree trunks and palm tree leaves. Ideal for composting, mulching (covering soil), biomass production, production of fiber plant vases/pots, pressed fiber panels and boards. With the Mill Kit, you can also shred açaí seeds and other dry products.

Techical Data:

Meets standards of Brazilian norm NR12, such as feeder with more than 90 cm, cased pulleys and belts. The moving parts can only be accessed by removing screws. TCG15 can be supplied with the Safety Kit, which makes the machine completely compliant with Brazilian Norms NR10 and NR12. The kit includes an extra low tension electric panel 24V, Electric Switch, emergency on/off button, startup check, magnetic safety relay, zero speed, mechanic lockdown, which prevent opening the machine while functioning.
